Dough maker wanted in Johnson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Johnson County, Georgia. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills The role involves pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Six days a week, one day off. We offer $18 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
