Conventional mill operator — Birnin Kudu

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Birnin Kudu, Jigawa State. What we are looking for: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges The role involves: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control Rotating shifts.
