Press setter operator • Owerri Municipal, Imo State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a press setter operator in Owerri Municipal, Imo State. You will work in a sheet metal stamping unit. Day-to-day duties: • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. ₦1,300 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
