Formwork joiner — Obafemi Owode

Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Obafemi Owode, Ogun State. You will work at an infrastructure construction site. Requirements: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules Day-to-day duties: • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
