Vacancy available: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Preble County, Ohio. You will work in a die and mould making unit. You should have: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron The role involves: • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
