You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service On the job you will handle: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
