Laundry presser — Fayette County

Now hiring: we are hiring a laundry presser in Fayette County, Texas. The job is in a tailoring workshop. On a typical shift you will press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron. You should have: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
