Sheet metal press operator — Dutse

Great opportunity: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Dutse, Jigawa State. You will be based at an auto components factory. Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges You will set up and change stamping dies and tooling; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; record output and downtime on the production sheet; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting.
