Formwork carpenter • Bukuru, Benue State

Join our team: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Bukuru, Benue State. You will work at an infrastructure construction site. The role involves fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
