Immediate opening: bread and bun maker (Imo State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Ikeduru, Imo State. Your main tasks: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Part-time with flexible hours.
