Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Pherzawl, Manipur. Day to day you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing.
