We are recruiting: VMC operator (Lagos State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a VMC operator in Kosofe, Lagos State. You will work at a precision engineering workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance You should have: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
