Now hiring: we are hiring a retail sales associate in Esan North-East, Edo. Day-to-day duties: • Pitch products door to door along the assigned beat • Collect customer feedback and contact details for follow-up • Demonstrate product features and pricing on the shop floor • Meet daily and monthly sales targets Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of the local language and market • Willing to work on a commission/incentive basis • Ready to travel across the assigned territory Performance bonus on top of base pay.
