Bread and bun maker • Burnet County, Texas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Burnet County, Texas. The job is in a bread factory. On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
