The role involves: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Score the top of loaves before baking • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Six days a week, one day off.
