Dough maker — Putnam County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Putnam County, Florida. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. The role involves: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
