Baker — Ohaji/Egbema

Vacancy available: we are hiring a baker in Ohaji/Egbema, Imo State. You will be based in a bread factory. On a typical shift you will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided.
