Vacancy available: we are hiring a head baker in Guma, Benue State. You will be based in a bread factory. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills The role involves: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Part-time with flexible hours.
