Prep cook • Ankpa, Kogi State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Ankpa, Kogi State. Your main tasks: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
