Kitchenhand wanted in Kajuru

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Kajuru, Kaduna State. Day-to-day duties: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
