Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Awe, Nasarawa State. The job is at a busy bakery. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day to day you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; score the top of loaves before baking; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. ₦200,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
