Dough maker — Imeko Afon

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Imeko Afon, Ogun State. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. The role involves: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Score the top of loaves before baking Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 3+ years on the tools preferred.
