Furnace operator wanted in Akinyele

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a furnace operator in Akinyele, Oyo State. You will work in the melting bay of a steel foundry. Requirements: • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts On a typical shift you will pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
