Ideal candidate: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding Your main tasks: • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
