Fast-fit technician wanted in Fika

Join our team: we are hiring a fast-fit technician in Fika, Yobe State. The job is in a commercial truck tyre depot. Day-to-day duties: • Vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres • Inflate tyres to the manufacturer's recommended PSI, including nitrogen fills • Balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights • Demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine • Check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear • Torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench What we are looking for: • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets • Able to lift heavy car and truck tyres repeatedly • Comfortable working outdoors and in all weathers Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
