Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Concho County, Texas. You will be based on an industrial coating line. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects On the job you will handle: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun Part-time with flexible hours.
