Prep cook — Holmes County

Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Holmes County, Florida. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Your main tasks: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. We offer $4,500 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
