Immediate opening: dough maker (Borno State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Hawul, Borno State. You will be based at a cake shop. The role involves boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; score the top of loaves before baking; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 5+ years on the tools preferred. We offer ₦115,000 per month plus benefits.
