Kitchen steward — Katagum

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Katagum, Bauchi State. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
