Your main tasks: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits.
