Immediate opening: pastry baker (Minnesota)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Stearns County, Minnesota. You will be based at a cake shop. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker Your main tasks: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Score the top of loaves before baking 3+ years on the tools preferred.
