Urgent requirement: bakery assistant (Oklahoma)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Comanche County, Oklahoma. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $250 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
