The role involves sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub; collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end; capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset; collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift; update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time; check tyre pressure, brakes, chain tension and engine oil before riding out. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to ride long hours and lift parcels up to 20 kg • Punctual and reliable with polite customer manners • Clean riding record with no major traffic violations Full-time, day shift.
