Bread and bun maker — Appling County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Appling County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy bakery. On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker 1+ years on the tools preferred.
