Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day The role involves: • Season and marinate meat on request • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
