You should have: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform On the job you will handle: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Clear and reset tables between covers • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery Part-time with flexible hours.
