Join our team: we are hiring a cook in Montgomery County, Illinois. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare the mise en place before each service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down.
