Crawler crane operator • Minjibir, Kano State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Minjibir, Kano State. What we are looking for: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging On a typical shift you will follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL). Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
