Great opportunity: we are hiring a plumbing technician in Middlesbrough, England. The job is at a sanitaryware showroom with a fitting service. Requirements: • Willing to attend emergency call-outs • Able to read basic plumbing drawings and layouts Day to day you will install wash basins, sinks, WCs and flush cisterns; cut, thread and join pipes with solvent cement or threaded connections; lay soil and waste drainage lines to the correct fall; carry out pressure testing on newly laid pipe runs; solder copper pipe joints and fit compression couplings; install and repair water supply lines using PPR, CPVC and GI fittings.
