You will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking.
