Urgent requirement: gantry crane operator (Texas)

Now hiring: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Lynn County, Texas. You will work in a warehouse fitted with overhead cranes. On a typical shift you will keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; work out the load weight and the lifting radius. What we are looking for: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
