Urgent requirement: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Osogbo, Osun State. The job is at a halal meat counter. The role involves: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter ₦135,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
