Now hiring: we are hiring a cake decorator in Ika South, Delta State. You will work in a bread factory. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics You will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; score the top of loaves before baking; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
