We are recruiting: we are hiring a presser in Angus, Scotland. You will work at a garment factory. Your main tasks: • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Give each garment a final press before packing Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
