Production operative wanted in Clackamas County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a production operative in Clackamas County, Oregon. The job is in a textile mill. You will set up and start the machine as per the job card; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line. What we are looking for: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
