Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Forsyth County, Georgia. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Day to day you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
