Commis chef — Dukku

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commis chef in Dukku, Gombe State. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On a typical shift you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
