Line cook — Warwickshire

Now hiring: we are hiring a line cook in Warwickshire, England. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays On a typical shift you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces.
