We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Keffi, Nasarawa State. You will work at a cake shop. The role involves pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 2+ years on the tools preferred.
