Vacancy available: we are hiring a deboner in Douglas County, Minnesota. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. You will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
